All the registered/interested participants are requested to check the website twice in a week or get in touch with the conference manager for further updates
All cancellations/refunds must be sent in writing to the conference manager
Payments once done will not be refunded due to prior commitements towards the conference
All registered participants are eligible to send his/her colleagues to present if the registered participant is unwilling to attend or due to uncertain conditions
All registered participants are not eligible for transfer to next conference within 45 days to the conference
By attending/registering for the conference you hereby agree to the terms and conditions
For sponsorships & exhibitions, in accordance with the following cancellation policy, all cancellations must be received in writing to qualify for a refund. Sponsorship and exhibition fees are non-refundable after 60 days of the payment date. We will allow a 60% refund up to 120 days before the conference. Sponsors & exhibitors who are paying within 120 days to the conference, the paid amount will not be refunded.
The organization reserves the right to make changes to conference dates/program or cancel the event at any time
If the event cancels/postpones, all the registered participants will be notified through email or other channels and make an appropriate decision
